It is mutually agreed between the parties that any contract with EDR Antwerp Shipyard – commercial name of Engine Deck Repair nvn shall be performed subject to the conditions contained herein and to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict of conditions, the special conditions mentioned above shall prevail over the general conditions mentioned below to the extent of such conflict, but no further.
